If you would like to nominate a child for a cake please use this form (This form MUST be completed by the Parent / Guardian of the child only).

Please be aware that if the date requested is under 5 weeks away we may find it difficult to find you a baker with availability. You will be notified if we are unsuccessful.

Not all applications are guaranteed to receive a cake from our team.

All cakes are a single tier 6” or 8” Sponge (baker’s discretion), design will be confirmed with your assigned baker

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU CAN ONLY NOMINATE A CHILD FOR A CAKE ONCE.

This is so that we can reach as many children as possible with the amount of bakers we currently have.

If we receive a second nomination it WILL be rejected.
